Beautiful food and friendly service
Coffee was good. Staff friendly and helpful. Wangaratta has some great little coffee shops and Cafe Cucci is another good one.
Disappointed in the breakfast... Microwaved the scrambled eggs to their 2nd death, will go back and try their lunch menu but will give it a bypass for breakfast
Poor food, Poor service and Racist staffStopped here on way back to Sydney. After seeing that 90% of the food on the menu contained chicken, it came as quite a surprise to find out that they had ran out of chicken (especially when supermarket was 3 mins walk away). I instead settled for a salami "Focaccia" which was a sloppy mess of copious amounts of bbq sauce, off mozzarella and low quality meat. However, the worst part was the open racism of the staff. They allowed myself and two of my friends (who are all white) to use the bathroom, but would not allow my Girlfriend (who is of Asian Descent) use it. They also referred to her as the "little Chinese one." Very horrible experience would not recommend.
If I could give this Cafe 0 stars I would as they were openly discriminatory. The staff said that my sandwich was for the "little chinese girl." Further, I was travelling with a group of Caucasian people. They were all allowed to use the bathroom before and after I asked but I was TURNED AWAY and said I was not allowed to use the toilet. I was told to use the bathroom down the end of the street. Their food was also abysmal with the $14 chicken "focaccia" just being mayo in between two pieces of bread. My friend also got given an egg and bacon roll without a lid given to it, just egg and bacon on a piece of toasted bread. Highly unprofessional and highly discriminatory.
