Its not hard to see why Karl Williams won last years Wangarattas Best New Business award - outstanding customer service, honest and ultra reliable with an immaculate workshop. Ill be recommending Williams Automotive to friends and family and I certainly wont be taking my (European) car anywhere else in future .

I have taken my car here for the last year and Karl has always explained all repairs to me in a way I can understand I have full trust in him and his thorough knowledge and work. Im a single woman who has had trouble with other mechanics because they take advantage of my inexperience with cars but not Karl. I was able to get my car in for a service quite quickly even though I gave short notice, Karl managed to find time for me. Karl listened to my concerns regarding my car and took them into account while completing the service to check for issues I thought my car had. When I picked my car up, Karl took the time to go through what he included in the service and why and explained the costs associated with what he had completed. I wouldnt go anywhere else for my car needs and highly recommend this business.
