If ever you want a caring vet nurse Bec would have to be it. After a traumatic clip by a Warby St. Vet nurse, Bec patiently & caringly managed to calm my poodle pups fear of the clippers & cleaned up the mess. Bec was just sooooo good. It helped heal my shock from what the previous vet nurse had done to my beautiful 7 month poodle pup. Bec also trains puppy school and is wonderful with all the puppies. She is like a puppy whisperer. She gave my puppy a lovely experience. I am forever grateful Bec. Gillian
Mandy is a fantastic operator, we presented our Male Amstaff who was extremely uncomfortable, the diagnostic effort and level of care was well above industry benchmarks. I felt like I had a whole team of experts on our side working together to help ease my dogs discomfort. I arrived the next day after my dogs over night stay and I was greeted with one very happy doggo. I think he actually would of been happy to stay with Mandy so this is a good sign. I was well briefed on aftercare and I feel like everything that could be done was done. Would recommend this place to family and friends with out hesitation.
Mandy and Tara were fantastic with my dog! They were also very understanding so I will definitely only ever take my dog to dr paws Wangaratta and I would highly recommend to everyone!
Wow what an amazing veterinary practice. Fantastic customer service, I didn't feel like I was being rushed out the door and they treated my old dog beautifully and gave me lots of treatment options. I'm so happy I changed to Dr Paws, can't fault them.
