Didn't seem too interested in trying to sell me a laptop, not interested in trying to tell me extra details about the ones I enquired about either,so I went elsewhere and paid more than I thought,but great new laptop, this shop might have got me to buy it there,but as he wasn't too interested in selling me something we will never know. I hope I get a better response when I go to buy a smart tv later in the month

This is the second time I have been into Harvey Norman and again I was shown why I wont be back.Not only could I not get served the item I wanted was not in stock but still shown as available on the shelf. I waited at the counter for 14mins before someone noticed in this time other people who were lined up to wait were also shocked at not being able to get served or helped. What is worse was my 2 daughters commented how rude the staff were and with both working in retail could not understand why staff were like that they are 15. We then went to Big W who priced matched and were very happy to have my $200 purchase made there maybe you need to look at staff and hire staff who want to be there and will be an asset to the store and not drive people away
Bought a TV it was faulty, they changed it straight away no fuss. Also matched best price. Helpful staff, highly recommended.
