Ordered flowers on a Thursday to be delivered the following morning and they weren't delivered until the following Tuesday. Very poor service and i wont be using The Dutch Connection again.
I live three hours away and called through an order for my mum. With my only instruction pink flowers, they delivered an incredible bouquet to my mum well beyond my expectations. Thank you for making her day, they were absolutely spectacular and very reasonably priced!
Thank you for the aphids that were delivered around 20hrs late. My thoughtful boyfriend and his wonderful niece have spent two days chasing their delivery up and being given different times. If it were me I would have asked for a refund the first time they didnt arrive because no one could be bothered letting him know they hadnt been delivered. The lack of communication shows you dont actually need any business nor care anout your reputation.
