If I could give no stars I would. I waited 2 months for a quote to be sent to me. I attempted to chase this up and was insisted that it would be sent to me. After still receiving no communication from the company I took my business elsewhere. I phoned to let them know this and I was met with what I felt to be condescending, passive aggression.I understand that small businesses get busy, but losing business because you can't send the information a client needs is something that shouldn't happen I thought that they would have wanted to know that they lost 7K worth of work and had they been more prompt, they would've had the business. Do not use this company if you want any work done within a time frame.
