Booked him two weeks ago and he arrived exactly on time. Extremely polite and professional. Helped me move furniture around and made sure there was foil sided cardboard under anything that had to remain on the drying steam cleaned carpet. He has a petrol driven steam and pump unit in the van so does not need electricity. He did my three larger rooms for the same quoted price (lower than the city) and even did my rug free of charge. He was thoughtful and remembered I mentioned allergies so he brought very neutral non scented material with him. I could not praise this man more highly. I highly recommend this man (Dave) for any carpet cleaning needs. He will look after you with integrity and honesty. Rare assets in today's business world.
