When I first approached think conveyancing I was handballed between 4 different people. I had numerous calls from different numbers throughout the first few weeks, it felt more like a Telstra call centre than a convayancer.During the whole settlement process I found myself googling how the process worked, Think never once asked me if I knew how it worked nor did they inform me on any handy information or my rights as a home buyer. Terrible experience as a first time home buyer. I feel like If I were informed of some of my rights I would have been a lot happier with my purchase. I only gave this review a 2 star raiting, because how punctual and polite Julie was to deal with.
