Moved from Bright to Hamilton in February 2016. Excellent service and contact throughout. Competitive pricing. Tracey maintained excellent contact by email from quote through to the day before removal day with no hard sell at any time. This is a small company with dedicated workers so it is a more personal approach. The two guys handling the removal turned up at 9am on the Thursday and delivered at 8am the next day after happily picking up two rugs in Bendigo on the way. We had already brought down our breakables so I can't comment on this part of their removal but furniture items were well packed and treated with care. No problem with a couple of extra items at the last minute with no extra charge.It is a pity that more people do not comment on good service and only comment when there is a problem. I am also very wary of reviews that simply state their dissatisfaction without giving a reason I usually treat this sort of comment as a competitor trying to reduce the star rating of the opposition. When choosing a removalist, I did not find too many with excellent reviews so it was hard to choose. I therefore relied on the quality of the comments and the quote. I would happily use Byrne transport again and also highly recommend them. The two men who handled the actual removal stated that it felt like a family company and they were well treated by the owners of Byrne transport.
very poor removal company, at one stage our belongings were in 3 locations, management were very rude and failed to reply to emails. For the move the truck that was sent was undersized for the job, not enough staff were provided and they were always giving extra charge invoices for the mistakes they made.very unprofessional and would not recommend
