I am so disappointed with the service by Ramsay! I kept telling the pharmacist to stop changing the brands on my 90 year old mother who has bad eye sight and cannot properly identify her medication. They kept doing the same thing despite reassuring me they won't do it again! My mother overdosed on her BP meds by mistake as a result and had a severe fall due to this! Stay away as they do not understand customer service!
Everything has changed since Ramsay group took over this chemist. All the good staff have gone, staff don't seem to care (often see them chatting) without serving customers, prices are expensive compared to other places in town...so sad to see it became this way.
