Generally a helpful company, however my latest contact did not go well. Quoted one date 2 days after initial contact, told then had to wait further 2 wks for assistance, during the hottest days of the 2019 summer.
We Rang around in need of Gas Man to Check Gas Heater that has not been started up since 2014 ...For QUEEN OF HEARTS ... so a major concern with risk before switching on ... and that in the meantime going with out heating .. another gas plumber insisted they couldn't help for 3 weeks ... so We Called Mr Obrein ... the Lovely Lady Receptionist Happily Checked My Situation and Organised it to be in 3 days time :) THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE
