I have been bringing my animals here for over 32 years. 4 dogs and 2 cats and 2 heart breaking decisions. The vets are absolutely amazing. They are so thorough and genuinely care about their clients. They are pretty understanding with the human partners of them too.

I have found Warby Street Vets very helpful, professional and caring. Reception staff, nurses and vets go out of their way to do the best for my pets. Wouldnt go anywhere else!
After being a client for 14 years I will never recommend Warby Street Veterinary Hospital & their groomer ever again. Today my dear little poodle pup was traumatised by their vet nurse, who clipped my poodle naked, instead of following the requirements. I did not recognise my 7 month old pup & was in total shock that a vet nurse could be soooo cruel to a beautiful animal. I am still reeling in shock and so incredibly upset. I had to go to another vet to have the mess repaired. She even plucked all the hair out of her ears, when the latest trend is not to pluck the hair out of poodle ears. Bec at Dr Paws was so patient & caring. We took some time to have My pup calm with the clippers again. Initially she was terrified of them which is further proof that she was seriously traumatised by the previous vet nurse at Warby St. who should never groom another animal, let alone be a vet nurse ever again. I had to pay $66 to Warby St. Vets for the cruelty received by my poodle pup. I had to pay another $25 for Bec at Dr Paws to so caringly & patiently clean up the scruffy mess. The vets there are nice, but nobody phoned me up to apologise for the cruelty my pup received. I will NEVER return let alone recommend them to anybody as they obviously condoned their vet nurses actions.
Just on acceptable, the price is good and the care is adequate but after several visits we have decided to go to another local vet. Diagnostics and advice could use some improvement as could customer service. Facilities are clean but very dated. I would not recommend this place to my friends and family.
